More Information
St. Joseph the Worker serves as both a church and a kindergarten to grade six school. It consists of a centre block of two storeys and another single storey angled back to the street in a U-shaped plan.
All three sections of the church feature a shallow-gable roof and soft-hued pink brick walls. Recessed within the U is a fenced-in garden area.
The oldest wing is the centre block and serves as an administrative wing. The south wing is smaller and newer, with more recent alterations made to its large circular window and detailing on the brick walls. Both the church and school have an independent sets of doors accessible from the west side.
