More Information
205 Roseberry Street, Bethel Baptist Church, is a good example of post-war modern architectural church design. The building features a common gesture from this period: the A-frame, a form which became associated with church design in these years. The design of the vestibule portion of 205 Roseberry makes use of a massing of streamlined rectilinear shapes, highlighted by a projecting fin wall that marks the church entry.
