More Information

Located on a heavily treed lot at the intersection of Cambridge Street and Fleet Avenue, 669 Cambridge is composed of an artfully arranged set of geometric forms off differing heights. This configuration creates a series of more intimate exterior spaces. As in much of the residential practice of its architect, Gustavo Da Roza, the home makes extensive use of large expanses of unembellished stucco, clarifying the modern aesthetic. Also manifesting Da Roza’s modernist disposition is the use of sizable plate glass windows, blending the interior of the home with its plant-filled environs.
