Design Characteristics
- Rectangular building with a centre courtyard, two kindergarten classrooms, eight regular classrooms, a chapel, kitchen, and offices.
- Reinforced concrete piles and caissons, and a reinforced concrete main floor
- Wood roof on structural steel frame
- Exterior was a curtain wall with some face brick
