Places

• Title: Put ADDRESS here. If there is no address, please put INTERSECTION
• Images: Upload in order you want them to display. If post images display out of order, delete them and re-upload in the correct order. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, GIF. (GIF is not recommended, though.) Larger dimensions are ideal. PDFs will not show up.
• Add building information in custom fields. Please re-add ADDRESS (or INTERSECTION) here as well as any others available in the drop-down list. If building has a NAME, please add it! Repeated custom fields (like if you put "places: name" twice) will not work--only the first will show up.

People

• Title: Put NAME here. If an architect has multiple words in their last name (such as Gustavo Da Rosa), please type in as Gustavo Da_Rosa with an underscore, as this allows us to keep tabs on what is/isn't a last name for sorting purposes.
• Images: Upload in the order you want them to display. If post images display out of order, delete them and re-upload in the correct order. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, GIF. (GIF is not recommended, though.) Larger dimensions are ideal. PDFs will not show up.

Tours / Publications / Exhibits / Resources

• Title: Name of tour/publication/exhibit/resource.
• Images: One tour/publication/exhibit/resource PDF can be uploaded. Also needed is one JPG/PNG of the tour cover/preview image, and it should be set as Featured Image through the media upload or it will not display.
• In the case of publications, exhibits, and resources, the preview image will be cropped automatically. Tour covers should all be of the same proportions and do not require cropping.
• Add other information in custom fields.
• If tour is to happen again, make a new post with updated date and description, and re-upload the publication PDF and image.
• Make sure to add the date in the correct format (mm/dd/yyyy) for proper organization.
• Tours NEED a date specified, otherwise they will not show up in the lists!

Events

• Title: Name of event
• Images: One JPG/PNG will display. Image is cropped automatically so you don't have to worry about it! Please set image as Featured Image through media upload or it will not display.
• Add other information in custom fields.
• Make sure to add the date in the correct format (mm/dd/yyyy) for proper organization.
