- The brick-clad apartment building is three storeys high with all of the windows appearing on the east and west facades. The entryway is located on the north facade of the building raised 12 steps above grade. Also on the front of the building, is a brick treatment which sees the bricks turned diagonally to create an interesting pattern on a portion of the wall.
