- Single-storey with a near windowless design except for unusual aliminum-louvered windows in the academic wing on the east and west-facing sides.
- Walls are divided in two by a heavy overhang in pale stucco contrasting with the lower portion in red brick.
- 1986 addition disruptive to the integrity of the original design.
- Magnificent location with the school overlooking a wooded area near the banks of the Seine River.
