This house was designed as the residence of architect Jack Ross
Located in the south end of the city, the house sits low and flat among surrounding birch trees. Sunken seating in the centre of the home is a notable element. Floor to ceiling windows provide ample views to the outside from this open plan living area.
Jack Ross graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1951. He was a founding partner of Waisman Ross Architects.
