301 Broadway was constructed in 1938 by Akman Construction. The small apartment building is three storeys tall and I-shaped in its construction. The building was given the name Tweedsmuir, which is carved in stone above the Broadway facing main entrance. The building's windows have green frames that stand out against the common brick exterior. White stone window sills match the stone that surrounds the main entrance of the apartment building. The windows are organised to be symmetrical and grouped in rows of three, two, and one.
