Designed by Cohlmeyer Architects of Winnipeg in the 1990s, this 5 storey apartment building was constructed with a cast in place concrete structure and clad with coloured stucco. It features 4 corner apartments on each upper floor and office space at the ground floor. Its curved front and rear parapets are a distinctive visual feature.
