This 40-storey residential skyscraper rises above the underground Winnipeg Square and sets a new record as the tallest building in Manitoba. It is the long-anticipated compliment to 360 Main Street and features a similar black glass curtain wall skin. It houses 400 apartments on the upper floors and commercial space at the ground level. Roof-top terraces are located at the 2nd and 40th floors.
