This unique circular condominium sits atop 35ft high columns. There are two floors of 20 pie-shaped suites. A central concrete core provides access to the building. Suites are designed so that utility areas are closest to the narrow core area, while living spaces occupy the widest end of the units, with floor to ceiling windows. The building is designed to rise above an elevated freeway for light, air, and views.
