More Information

St. Philips Church is an example of the Late Gothic Revival style that became popular in the first half of the twentieth century. The style is a subdued expression of the Gothic Revival style, which was one of the most enduring architectural movements of the nineteenth century. The red brick church sits on a rusticated stone base with corner buttresses and a mix of pointed arch and plain windows. In 1959, a modernist hall was added. The deconsecrated church was purchased in 2021 and has been repurposed into residences.
