ABC Power Tools (Former Post Office)

This small scale Classical Revival building was constructed as a post office for the growing Transcona community. The facade’s central entrance is set in an ornamental stone frame with a bracketed hood. A heavy cornice runs along each side of the facade leading to a carved stone shield. A post office until 1995, the building contributes to the historic streetscape that helps Transcona retain its small town charm.
