Established in 1933, St. Vital Curling Club occupied a number of buildings on this site until its current home was constructed in 1965. The large vaulted arena is supported by long-pan glu-lam wood beams and provides space for six-sheets of ice. In 1972, a second storey was added to the clubhouse, with bar facilities and a dance floor. This is the home base for curler Jennifer Jones, who is an Olympic Gold and World Champion.
