Biography
Born Moscovitch in 1944, Marcia Secter married Lloyd William Secter in 1968. She graduated from the University of Manitoba the same year, receiving the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada’s Gold Medal, as well as the Manitoba Association of Architects Book Prize.
In 1972, Secter and her husband established an architectural practice, specializing in renovation and residential design.
Secter wrote many articles for Canadian Architect Magazine, and acted as a critic at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Manitoba.
