More Information
1495 Pembina Highway was designed by Winnipeg architects Green Blankstein Russell to serve as the offices of noted local engineering firm Underwood McLellan Associates Limited Consulting Professional Engineers. The three-storey building features a largely-intact and elegant modernist design with a flat roof, concrete piers, pre-cast concrete-clad stair block (whose weight and asymmetrical placement on the front facade lends a sculptural character), extensive windows, and pale green ceramic tile.
