More Information
225 Egerton Road was built in 1976, built to a design by Frank Stockl. Stockl, a Hungarian-born and trained architect planned this home as his own residence. The five-level riverbank home was designed with many features intended to respond to the riverfront setting, including large windows and balconies. The stucco cladding, now grey, was originally off-white. Among the homes other significant details are a prominent brick fireplace and open interiors.
