Design Characteristics
| Roof: | mansard |
|---|---|
| Materials: | limestone, metal, wood |
| Height: | 1 storey |
| Neighbourhood: | Margaret Park, Seven Oaks East |
- It is a single storey, with the exception of the gym wing, built wide across its lot with the gym wing on the south end
- Its dominant feature is an over-sized mansard roof covered in what looks to be large wood shingles that makes up about a third of the wall space, with the remainder faced in pale limestone
- Windows are restrained and plainly trimmed with white metal except for large windows flanking the main entrance; side transoms augment the large glass doors for an inviting and airy space
