The apartment complex is a combination of two brick masses joined in the middle by a brick entryway which is recessed from the street-front to allow for a communal courtyard. The windows on the building are operable and all evenly sized. Lending a sense of visual interest are brick panels of a burnt orange tone (contrasting with the main wall) set between the buildings’ windows.
