A nine-storey apartment block, Mid-Town Plaza features buff brick cladding and concrete construction as part of its modernist design. A mostly open ground floor allows residents and visitors a sheltered area to park; concrete posts here and the exposed slabs dividing uppers storeys are painted white, highlighting the underlying structure. Projecting balconies adorn the south and north facades, while sheltered versions thereof predominate on the east and west sides of the building.
