Westman Lions Manor is a not-for-profit life lease housing project for seniors 55 years of age and up.The original building, designed by architects Moody Moore and Partners, was built in 1989 with 65 one-bedroom apartments and 63 two-bedroom apartments.
A new addition was built in 1999, with six apartment layout options. Materials were chosen to match the original red brick building.
