Samuel Burland School has offered public education to Kindergarten to Grade 8 students since its construction in 1987. The school is named after former active member of the Manitoba Teacher's Society, and employee of the St. Vital School Division honoured for his fervent dedication to shaping and positively raising children's education standards with the division and province as a whole.
